Sachvortrag:

Die HGE erschließt im Bauabschnitt V für das Wohngebiet Mittelhöhe 68 Bauplätze mit Größen zwischen ca. 409 qm und ca. 881 qm, einer Bauplatzfläche von insgesamt ca. 41.495 qm und ca. 8.097 qm Grünfläche.

18 Bauplätze mit ca. 10.574 qm Bauplatzfläche und ca. 5.162 qm Grünfläche sind in privater Hand.

50 Bauplätze mit ca. 30.921 qm Bauplatzfläche und ca. 2.935 qm Grünfläche werden über die HGE vertrieben.

Die HGE schlägt die folgenden Verkaufspreise, analog zu Bauabschnitt IV, vor (Farben siehe beiliegender Plan):
